OTOMIC CNC® Guarantee and Warranty for Online Shopping

  1. Warranty Coverage:
    • All new CNC machines sold by OTOMIC-CNC are covered by a one-year warranty from the date of shipping.
    • CNC machines purchased through authorized dealers must be registered with OTOMIC-CNC within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for warranty coverage.
    • OTOMIC-CNC guarantees that all new CNC machines are free from manufacturers’ defective workmanship, parts, and materials.
  2. Warranty Terms:
    • In the event of a manufacturer’s defect, OTOMIC-CNC will repair or replace the faulty parts at no additional charge.
    • Defective items/parts must be returned to OTOMIC-CNC with the complaint for evaluation and resolution.
    • CNC machines returned for warranty service must be accompanied by the original packaging to ensure safe transportation.
    • Adequate packaging is required for the return of individual parts or blades to prevent damage during shipping.
  3. Exclusions:
    • The warranty does not cover damage caused by lack of maintenance, cleaning, or misuse/abuse.
    • Normal wear and tear, damage from accidents, neglect, inadequate dust collection, or unauthorized repair or alterations are not covered.
    • Natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or failure due to improper maintenance or cleaning are also excluded.
  4. Additional Tools and Modifications:
    • OTOMIC-CNC is not responsible for any additional tools or modifications sold or performed on the CNC machine.
    • The warranty may be voided if such tools or modifications are added, subject to evaluation on a case-by-case basis.
  5. User Responsibilities:
    • Basic alignment, adjustment, tuning, and machine settings are the responsibility of the user and not covered by the warranty.
    • Users should follow the manufacturer’s maintenance standards and procedures to ensure proper equipment performance.
  6. Shipping and Technical Support:
    • Warranty-covered parts will be shipped by OTOMIC-CNC at their expense via common carrier or similar methods.
    • Technical support for installing replacement parts is available through phone, WhatsApp, email, or OTOMIC-CNC customer support online.
    • The user is responsible for the labor required to install replacement parts.
  7. Loss or Damage:
    • OTOMIC-CNC is not liable for any damage or loss caused by freight companies or circumstances beyond their control.
    • Claims for loss or damaged goods must be reported to OTOMIC-CNC within 24 hours of delivery.
  8. Coverage:
    • This warranty applies only to new CNC machines sold to the original owner.
