OTOMIC CNC® Shipping Policy for Online Shopping

  1. Order Processing and Communication:
    • After placing an order for a CNC machine from OTOMIC-CNC, we will contact you on the next business day via email or phone.
    • Our online sales representatives will review your order and provide you with an estimated delivery date.
  2. Shipping Methods:
    • CNC machines can be shipped worldwide via sea, air, or international express logistics using reputable carriers such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS.
    • To obtain a free quotation, please fill out the form with your name, email, detailed address, product, and requirements. We will promptly provide you with comprehensive information, including the most suitable delivery method (fast, secure, discreet) and freight cost.
    • CNC machines are carefully packaged in a free-fumigation wooden crate before shipping. Typically, we deliver machines by sea, but we can also accommodate air or train delivery upon customer request.
    • Upon arrival at your designated sea port or destination, you can pick up the CNC machine using the bill of lading we provide. Alternatively, we can arrange for a cargo agent to deliver it to your door.
  3. Shipping Rates:
    • We reserve the right to adjust the shipping charge if the actual rate is higher than originally calculated due to the dimensional weight of the package.
    • The customer is responsible for all shipping expenses, including customs charges, taxes, fees, and duties upon entering the destination location.
  4. Shipment Tracking:
    • Once your CNC machine has left our facility, it will be assigned a delivery number, which serves as the tracking number for your shipment.
    • We will provide you with the tracking information and the website where you can monitor the progress of your shipment.
  5. Damaged Shipments:
    • While we carefully select carriers that prioritize safe and courteous delivery, occasional damage may occur during transit. If any damage is sustained to the packaging or the CNC machine, please follow this procedure:
      • Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment by contacting us at [email protected] or calling +86-186-6899-1371.
      • Provide details of the damage for the claim process, if necessary. We appreciate your cooperation in expediting the resolution.
  6. Shipping Tips:
    • Please note that global shipping costs may increase during unstable conditions such as the COVID-19 pandemic, and shipping schedules may be extended.
    • Before shipping, please confirm the shipping rate and schedule with our sales manager to ensure accuracy and avoid any inconvenience.
